I led the development and execution of the Pension Fund Tours across Canada and the United States, a regional engagement platform designed to build relationships with leading institutional investors and strengthen market presence. From concept through delivery, I established the strategic framework, positioning, and scalable operating model to support multi-market expansion and executive-level engagement.

Strategic Partnerships: The Canada tour included collaborations with public pension funds - OMERS and HOOPP, while the U.S. tour featured TRS and TMRS. I worked directly with institutional partners to align messaging, coordinate cross-promotional initiatives, and deliver a cohesive experience across regions and stakeholder groups.

Impact: Both tours delivered strong institutional participation, consistent brand positioning, and positive executive feedback. The scalable program structure enabled repeatable market entry, strengthened partner relationships, and established a foundation for future geographic expansion and long-term stakeholder engagement.
